Introduction
The Peace Palace is named "Peace" to convey the expectations and desires of people from all over the world to maintain world peace, which is integrated into the entire building as a magnificent and powerful idea of world peace. This Dutch red brick, neo-Renaissance-style building is very impressive, and the 80-meter-high clock tower appears grand. The Peace Palace houses gifts from various countries, symbolizing support for the court. Currently, the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the International Law Library, and the Academy of International Law are all located within the Peace Palace. In history, former Yugoslav President Milosevic was tried here. The long-standing territorial dispute between Qatar and Bahrain was eventually resolved at the International Court of Justice. Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China in 1946, three Chinese judges have been appointed as judges of the International Court of Justice. Address Carnegieplein 2, 2517 KJ Den Haag
