Beibin Park is located at the northern end of Hualien Bay, near the Pacific Ocean, and is a great place for leisure and entertainment for Hualien residents. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery here while taking walks in the morning and evening. The park also has various facilities, such as a beach volleyball court, extreme sports and skateboarding areas, where young people often compete. There is a wooden pavilion facing the sea, where elderly people often take a rest. The children's water play area is a favorite among kids, where they can play in the sand on the beach volleyball court and then go to the water play area to cool off. The park has a 15-kilometer-long bicycle path, where you can enjoy the beauty of Hualien's mountains and waters along the coast. On weekends and holidays, visitors often fly kites and remote-controlled airplanes in the park. In the early morning, Hualien residents come here to exercise, and early-rising visitors can witness the first ray of dawn. In the evening, the moon rises from the sea level. Different moments, equally beautiful and touching.
